Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your ManCave account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
