How long does shipping take for heavy items?
Standard shipping for decor and accessories takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like bar furniture or gaming tables, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days via our specialized freight partners.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made neon signs and personalized gear are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, ManCave ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Are the electrical products compatible with my home outlets?
Yes, all electronic goods, including LED signage and mini-fridges, are designed for standard 110V-120V North American outlets unless otherwise specified in the product description.
Can I track my order in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal where you can monitor your delivery's progress.
